Conest Entry: Firemane

Here's a little something I scribbled up for 's contest.

Starting up on the top row, left to right:

1) top view of her head, showing placement of double diamond marking.

2) closeup of the eye

3/4) Armband and necklace that channel ambient magic and her own energy to allow her to shapeshift. Armband allows her to shift into a bird or fish, necklace allows her to shift into an anthro form (yes, those are human teeth on there.)

Below that is a basic doodle of her threat display. Her "mane" and "fluff" are actually made of fish-fin like material. As such, she can flush these with blood, making them more red in appearance to get her point across. Her mouth has very canid-like teeth.

Scales along her back are shiny and flat, much like a crocodile's. they line either side of her neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and tail. Body scales have a silvery sheen to them in the right lighting conditions.

Her front feet end in wicked-bear claws that allow her to easily dig for food or eviscerate prey. Back feet are cloven to show her boarlike ancestry.

No critiques please guys. I'm aware of most of the anatomical inaccuracies as well as shoddy coloring.

This was mainly something fun to do between owed art.
